The registration process (V04) in 3 steps:
I. Submit your audit request using this web form.1. Determine your audit price2. Enter your company information and financial statements, then submit the audit request. 3. In the order confirmation email you’ll receive immediately after registration, click the confirmation link “Order Confirmation” .
II. Audit Processing:1. Your audit request is processed by the audit office. 2. Auditors are assigned.3. The audit is prepared, conducted, followed up on, and concluded in cooperation between you and the auditors.4. The audit process is monitored by the certification body.5. Upon completion of the audit, the audit firm will issue an invoice to you. 6. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive an email containing (1.) your audit certificate and (2.) a feedback form.7. Please send us your feedback so we can learn from your experience.8. Your company/organization will be listed in the business directory

Please enter here the number of full-time equivalents employed by your organization. Part-time employees count as 0.5; employees with minor employment (8 hours per week count as 0.2 based on a 40-hour workweek).
It is therefore possible that you have 80 employees but enter only 52 full-time equivalents as the basis for calculation.
Below is the base price table. For each price group, the actual price is calculated based on the FTE figure.
We generally grant nonprofit organizations a 20% discount on the base prices.
For follow-up audits, we offer a 20% discount if a Delta GWÖ report is submitted with the audit.
If the compact balance sheet is used as the report structure, we offer a 10% discount.

The starting point is the net price for an audit.

If you have already had an audit and are now seeking a recertification audit, we offer a special price if you have included a delta report in your ECG report. What do I have to consider for a recertification audit with delta report? You have already had a ECG audit performed. A corresponding certificate is available. For a recertification audit, please write a ECG report in which all changes since the last audit are marked in color. A Word document in change mode would be ideal. A color marking works the same way. Please mark texts to be deleted in RED, supplementary texts in blue or green (what is easily recognizable/readable). This way you facilitate the whole editing process and thus justify the special price.
If you have selected the appropriate price for your audit order, the button on the left will take you to the audit application. The set data and the calculated price are automatically transferred to the order.
Your company data and the necessary files for conducting an audit are stored in the application.
Only when you send the audit order ("Send" button) AND confirm the email link in the order confirmation email received immediately afterwards (check your spam folder if necessary!), the audit order is considered as bindingly placed.
