The data and information listed above (hereinafter referred to as “company data”) are processed in accordance with the GDPR for the following purposes:

1) To maintain and manage company membership within the GWÖ organization. This includes processing the data at the relevant national association, state association, regional group, and international association.

2) The company data is processed by the GWÖ audit team for the preparation, conduct, and follow-up of the audit.

3) When participating in a peer group, the company data is processed by the peer group leader for the preparation, conduct, and follow-up of the audit and the peer group.

4) If the company uses specialized audit software, data is transferred between the audit software and the GWÖ audit tool.

5) Once the respective preparations (point 2 or 3) are complete, the company data is processed by the auditor to prepare the audit report.

6) The company data is also processed by the entire GWÖ Association (see point 1) for marketing purposes and to provide information about events.

7) The company and audit data is also processed by the responsible GWÖ staff members for the publication of the audit report on the website econgood.org and to send timely reminders to the contact person regarding the upcoming expiration of the certificate.
