  1. Opening the audit tool: https://audit.econgood.org/und Log in ➡ Request ➡ Click on “Change management entries for version Matrix 5.2 V0.8) Direct link: Change notification
  2. Please check the table to see if the suggestion has already been submitted. This can happen especially if it concerns objective errors such as incorrect formulas, spelling mistakes, or similar.
    If not, please click on the link “Create new change notification” (top left above the table).
  3. Please fill out the form:
    – Fields marked with * are mandatory.
    – The more precisely the suggested improvement can be classified, the easier and faster the MDT can process the issue.
    – Some fields contain a drop-down list for easy completion.
    – Then there are text fields where the issue can be described in detail. Please make sure to describe the problem in detail, what can/should/must/may be improved, and please also include a suggestion for improvement.
  4. Press the “Send” button at the bottom left. The MDT will receive the feedback and process it. You will be notified by email when the change has been implemented, or we will contact you if we have any questions.

What change is required (brief description)Dieser Verbesserungshinweis betrifft die Datenpunktliste, die ich am 12.06. aus der v0.85 hintergeladen haben: Mir fällt auf:
- dass die Reihung der Datenpunkte nicht der Reihung in der Wordvorlage entspricht. Das verwirrt. Ich wünsche sie mir in derselben Reihung.
- dass ich in der csv-Liste mir wünschen würde, dass in einer Spalte angegeben wird, ob es sich bei einem Datenpunkt um eine Berichtsfrage, einen Verifizierungsindikator, einen ECOnGOOD-relevante VSME Indikator oder um einen Zusätzlichen VSME Indikatoren handelt.
Grund für beide Wünsche ist, dass ich gerne meinen Kunden vorab schon mal eine Liste all der "harten" Kennzahlen überreiche, damit sie diese vor den Workshops zusammentragen können. So haben wir in den Workshops diese Kennzahlen als "Faktengrundlage" parat, wenn es um Bearbeitung der eher narrativen Datenpunkte geht. So, wie die Liste aktuell gestrickt ist, ist das jedoch ziemlich mühsam, da ich manuell a) sortieren und b) selektieren muss, welches die Kennzahlen sind.
Außerdem dient die Datenpunktliste ja auch dazu transparent nachzuhalten, welche Datenpunkte nicht (und warum nicht) geliefert werden. Wenn die Reihenfolge der Datenpunkte anders ist, ist es mühsam.
