  1. Opening the audit tool: https://audit.econgood.org/und Log in ➡ Request ➡ Click on “Change management entries for version Matrix 5.2 V0.8) Direct link: Change notification
  2. Please check the table to see if the suggestion has already been submitted. This can happen especially if it concerns objective errors such as incorrect formulas, spelling mistakes, or similar.
    If not, please click on the link “Create new change notification” (top left above the table).
  3. Please fill out the form:
    – Fields marked with * are mandatory.
    – The more precisely the suggested improvement can be classified, the easier and faster the MDT can process the issue.
    – Some fields contain a drop-down list for easy completion.
    – Then there are text fields where the issue can be described in detail. Please make sure to describe the problem in detail, what can/should/must/may be improved, and please also include a suggestion for improvement.
  4. Press the “Send” button at the bottom left. The MDT will receive the feedback and process it. You will be notified by email when the change has been implemented, or we will contact you if we have any questions.

"Fortgeschritten: Eine erste Erweiterung der Eigentumsverhältnisse im Rahmen der rechtlichen Möglichkeiten, die es Personen einer Berührungsgruppen ermöglicht, regelmäßig an Entscheidungen teilzunehmen sowie Verantwortung und Nutzen des Eigentums zu teilen, hat in Form eines Pilotprojekts stattgefunden. Die neuen Eigentümer:innen erhalten eine angemessene Schulung für ihre Rolle. Zudem wird die geeignetste Rechtsform für eine weitere Ausweitung der Miteigentümerschaft von Berührungsgruppen geprüft, einschließlich weniger offensichtlicher Berührungsgruppen.
Erste Schritte: Die Organisation prüft Optionen für gemeinwohlorientierte Eigentumsstrukturen anhand von Fallbeispielen anderer Organisationen oder durch spezifische Schulungen. Es wird ein konkretes Konzept entwickelt, wie Personen einer Berührungsgruppen in das Eigentum eingebunden werden können, einschließlich einer geeigneten Rechtsform. Der verfolgte Ansatz basiert auf den Werten der Gemeinwohl-Ökonomie.
Basislinie: Konventionelle Eigentumsstruktur entsprechend der Rechtsform der Organisation.
Vorbildlich: Alle Eigentümer:innen gehören Berührungsgruppen an, die direkt oder indirekt von der Organisation betroffen sind oder aktiv an ihrer Gestaltung mitwirken. Die Mehrheit der Anteile und/oder Stimmrechte liegt bei Personen, die in der Organisation aktiv tätig sind. Gleichzeitig sind Stimmrechte vertraglich begrenzt, sodass keine einzelne Person oder spezifische Interessengruppe die Organisation kontrollieren kann. Die Rechtsform oder Satzung der Organisation stellt sicher, dass der Purpose nicht leicht verändert werden kann (z. B. im Falle einer Übernahme) und dass die angesammelte Wertschöpfung nicht entzogen werden kann (sogenannter „Asset Lock“).
Erfahren: Die Übertragung von Eigentumsrechten an relevante Personen einer Berührungsgruppe im Rahmen der bestehenden Rechtsform wird aktiv vorangetrieben. Neue Eigentümer:innen erhalten umfassende Schulungen für ihre Rolle. Wo rechtlich zulässig, wird angestrebt, eine Rechtsform zu etablieren, die eine weitere Ausweitung des Eigentümerkreises ermöglicht und zugleich eine Kontrolle durch eine einzelne Berührungsgruppen verhindert. Die Rechtsform oder Satzung der Organisation stellt sicher, dass Eigentümer:innen bzw. Entscheidungsträger:innen die Interessen der Organisation über ihre persönlichen Interessen oder finanziellen Gewinne stellen."
