- Please check the table to see if the suggestion has already been submitted. This can happen especially if it concerns objective errors such as incorrect formulas, spelling mistakes, or similar.
If not, please click on the link “Create new change notification” (top left above the table). - Please fill out the form:

| What change is required (brief description) | Ich finde einige der Einstiegsfragen herausfordernd, da sie m.E. über das Thema des Kapitels hinausgehen. Die Frage der Macht stellt sich ja nicht nur an dieser Stelle (und in der Wertespalte Transparenz und Mitbestimmung), sondern auch in anderen Zellen der Matrix. Warum stellen wir sie also hier so explizit? Warum nicht eher in einem einleitenden Kapitel (so wie z.B. "Purpose" oder vielleicht sogar als Teil von Purpose")? Insb. stoße ich mich an folgenden beiden Fragen, die ich daher löschen würde, da man auf beide keine Antwort geben bzw. darüber berichten kann. • Was bedeutet es, Macht in einer am Gemeinwohl orientierten Organisation zu teilen? • Wo liegt das ideale Machtgleichgewicht zwischen Arbeitgeber:in und Arbeitnehmer:in? Schließlich sprengt die Zahl der sieben Fragen den Umfang eines Einstiegs. |
