  1. Opening the audit tool: https://audit.econgood.org/und Log in ➡ Request ➡ Click on “Change management entries for version Matrix 5.2 V0.8) Direct link: Change notification
  2. Please check the table to see if the suggestion has already been submitted. This can happen especially if it concerns objective errors such as incorrect formulas, spelling mistakes, or similar.
    If not, please click on the link “Create new change notification” (top left above the table).
  3. Please fill out the form:
    – Fields marked with * are mandatory.
    – The more precisely the suggested improvement can be classified, the easier and faster the MDT can process the issue.
    – Some fields contain a drop-down list for easy completion.
    – Then there are text fields where the issue can be described in detail. Please make sure to describe the problem in detail, what can/should/must/may be improved, and please also include a suggestion for improvement.
  4. Press the “Send” button at the bottom left. The MDT will receive the feedback and process it. You will be notified by email when the change has been implemented, or we will contact you if we have any questions.

What change is required (brief description)a) Dieses Kapitel heißt "1.6 Vergabe von ECOnGOOD-Punkten" - was jedoch schon in 1.5 beschrieben wird. In 1.6 geht es vielmehr um die Berechnung der Gesamtbilanzsumme und der Erläuterung, wie sich diese mittels Gewichtungen der Aspekte errechnet.
b) Der erste Absatz unter 1.6 ist verwirrend formuliert.

a) Ich würde 1.5 und 1.6 in ein Kapitel zusammenfassen.
b) Den aktuell ersten Absatz unter 1.6 würde ich umformulieren in:
"Aus den Einzelbewertungen jedes einzelnen Themas errechnet sich eine zusammenfassende Gesamtbewertung der Organisation. Sie bewegt sich im Spektrum von +1.000 und -3.600 ECOnGOOD-Punkten. Die Gesamtbewertung, auch ECOnGOOD-Bilanzsumme genannt, drückt aus, in welchem Ausmaß die Organisation vorhandene unternehmerische Spielräume und Potenziale bereits diskretionär zur Optimierung ihrer Gemeinwohl-Wirkungen nutzt und sich somit als Leuchtturm nachhaltigen und gemeinwohlorientierten Wirtschaftens hervortut. Diese Maßgröße dient dazu, mittels transparenter Kommunikation und Berichterstattung dem Marktumfeld die Stärke und Gemeinwohl-Leistung des Unternehmens in einer Kenngröße zu vermitteln und entsprechende Berücksichtigung bei relevanten Entscheidungen zu erzielen (z.B. bei Auftragsvergaben, beim Employer Branding, bei Auszeichnungen).
