There are verifiable complaints on site: deduct 10 points. There is a violation of environmental regulations. This is being processed: deduct 10 (minor) to 60 (major) points. The organisation has been convicted or fined for specific law non-compliance on this aspect in the reporting period: deduct 50 points. A violation of environmental regulations is known.
